HISTORY

I built my first chair in 1984  because, I needed a comfortable chair for relaxing outside, so I designed a chair that would last a long time and be aesthetically pleasing . With my knowledge of boat building, Mahogany was the logical choice of material. The construction would have to be basic, strong, and maintenance free. I still use that very first chair when weather and time permit.
